This problem happens when it is less awareness whether on outsiders or insiders. Although there is a lot of CCTV product were built, but problem always remain happen everyday. This is because, the surveillance of the CCTV are static. The static surveillance means it is attached at one place, and it will placed at that side for longer time. Even though it can be move to other places, it is take much time to attach like wiring. Because of the CCTV is static, it has a blind spot, just like a human view. The thieve can study the camera view and where it is places, although it take much time to him to study, it gives the successful result to them. This was proved as office were breached and bunch of significant document were stolen as their presence were not caught in the CCTV. Another small problem are it used wiring system, which is will cost the maintenance and materials.

The product will come with a 3 years warranty that will covered all the defection and malfunctions that will arise during in warranty period. For the services, we will repair if the malfunction happened to our product as fast as possible either by remote or attend to customer sites. The customer care are available 24/7 everyday, give it a call and we will serve as soon as possible.
Section 3.0 TECHNOLOGY DESCRIPTION
Portable CCTV will use the latest technology such as good lens in order to give better view even if when zooming. Other than that, it can be carry anywhere because of small size that can be place at a strategic view. By using a special magnet designed specially for this camera, the wireless camera doesn’t need any screw to be installed or to be attached. Just attach to any steel and locate the device and you can easily move it to another place easier at anytime. The CCTV will connect other devices with a wireless technology, so that there is reduce wire using. The video can be monitored anytime and anywhere because of the CCTV will connect each other by using encrypted wireless transmitter at a 3 mile radius. Every camera will be given special static IP address for user to easy remote directly to each camera.
The CCTV camera will be powered by solar technology. During daylight, the CCTV will use solar power and while during night, it will switched to battery power mode automatically. The battery can recharge during daylight by using solar technology at the same time. The CCTV camera can be place anywhere when they want to. For the first step our target market are the small offices for the first market target. For example, a small bank branch that need more security because of lot of people will go to the bank. Others are small grocery store that will monitor their workers the stolen goods will happen. In addition, we also target at any nursery which is all parents can monitor their child from their office because of their busy work by using web browser to access the nursery camera. The nursery can add these services as their special package to the parents. This services is the first time in Malaysia and we believed can get a better market needs. The market competition is the common CCTV distributor. In order to get past by, we will give the better services such as maintaining and monitoring the malfunctions and defections of our product from time to time.

The Portable CCTV is introducing to reduce the criminal case such as property theft, office breaching and so on. At the same time, it can reduce by using wireless encrypted technology.

· The life cycle of the warranty product are about 3 years comes with services such as repairing and maintaining. The location target is at residential area where much small offices, nursery and grocery stores will establish. They can order through online or buy or product straight to our main office or our branches.
· The competitors are common CCTV distributor that are well established, but their technology were well known on using wire technology, means an ordinary CCTV that commonly or widely used for the past time until nowadays. Our advantage are, our CCTV product using wireless technology, using a solar technology, easy to install and relocate, and most important it is not widely use at this time, we are among the first company sell the this product. The disadvantage that we will face are the technology is quite new, so it will need maintenance for the first time.
